  2. Get 1 cup udad dal

Mix altogether and keep for fermentation about 8 hours. In one small bowl add red chilli powder pavbhaji masala powder and pinch salt mix altogether and keep aside.

Keep one frying pan on flame add one spoonful of batter on tawa spread in round shape pour melted butter on dosa and sprinkle red chilli powder and pavbhaji masala mixture on top of the dosa when dosa roasted on one side flipped to another side and roast for a minute. Take out in plate. Serve with hot tea or coffee.
