- Take 300 gm Mutton
- You need 3 Onion
- Use 3 Potato
- Prepare 1/4 cup Oil

- Cut onion in slices.peel and cut garlic & ginger as well.
- Heat oil in pot.add sliced onion, ginger, garlic & fry to soft pink.
- Mix red chilli powder, dhania powder & salt in dahi & beat well. When onions are soft, add dahi mixture in onion & fry till oil seprates.
- Masala is fried& oil seprated.turn off heat.let it cool a bit. Take only masala in blender & blend nicely leaving oil in pot.
- In the oil add green cardamom, cloves, cinnamon.fry a minute & add mutton.fry in oil on low heat for 5 min.
- Add blended masala in pot.fry to mix well in mutton.add 2 cup water and leave to cook over medium heat till mutton gets soft.
- When mutton is half done, add potato cut in quarters & peas in pot. Let them cook in masala. Add 1/2 cup water if needed. Or potato & peas will leave own water & gets tender along with mutton.
- Check mutton & potato.when thy are tender add green chillies, adjust gravy to your need. And done. Sprinkle garam masala powder at last & dish out.
- Dish out & sprinkle chop fresh coriander.
