- Heat a saucepan. Add oil and onion paste.
- Saute for a minute. Add ginger-garlic paste and chillies.
- Add orange and plum juices and give it a boil.
- Add salt, sugar and red chilli flakes.
- Cook the gravy for about 5 minutes to thicken it.
- Add the prepared koftas and mint leaves.
- Stir gently. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Take 1 teaspoon of Cornflour and mix with 2 tablespoons of water.
- Add the mixture to the kofta curry and mix.
- When the gravy comes to desired consistency, check the seasoning and remove from heat.
- It will taste sweet, sour and little pungent with citrusy flavour.
