- Now make a 2 balls and roll 2roti dusting flour on patli. and spread mixture.on 1 roti and cover with another roti. seal edges with water. and roast in iron tawa, on a mid slow flame. 2-3mins. same way on another side. Apply ghee and roast on a slow flame. and serve. with onion and roasted mirchi.
