  1. Heat pan and add 1 tbsn oil and add garlic paste and finely choppped onion and saute until translucent, next goes in finely chopped tomato add salt and cook until it's soft and mushy
  2. Now add paav bhaji masala mix well add cooked moong daal,boiled vegetables soaked oats mix well add kashmiri red chilli powder,mash the mixture well with masher add water to adjust the consistency cook well for 4-5 min on medium flame, add some chaat masala, give it a nice mix and paav bhaji is ready.
  3. Garnish it with finely chopped onion coriander, squeeze lemon juice top it with little butter and serve it hot with plain/butter tossed paav
