Steps to make Besan Curry:
- Take a pan add besan, salt and red chilli powder to it and mix it well.
- Add little water to it and cook it on low flame till it forms a dough shape. Period, make sure the dough is not too hard.
- Grease a plate with some oil.
- Add the dough to the plate and spread it evenly. Let it cool down and then cut cubes as per your choice.
- Add oil to the pan and heat it.
- Now add besan cubes to it and fry till it turns golden brown.
- Add onion, ginger, garlic, black peppercorns, green chillies to a jar and make a paste.
- Add oil to the pan and heat it.
- Once the oil is warm, add methi seeds and onion-garlic paste to it and cook it for 2 mins.
- Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and salt, mix it well and cook it on medium flame for another 5 mins or till the oil separates.
- Now add fried besan cubes to it and mix it well and cook for 1 min.
- Add water for gravy as per choice.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
