Sprinkle hing and add the ground masala paste,turmeric,red chilli powder,aloo dum masala, green peas and toss till oil leaves sides.
- Add salt and sugar to taste,crushed kasoori methi and water as required.Boil till masala coats potatoes.Sprinkle garam masala and chopped coriander and toss.Serve hot with puri, kachori or any Indian flat bread.
