- For dough of poori:- churn urad daal, green chilli, ginger in a mixture add little water about 1-2 tbsp. And mix them with all the other ingredients and make a stiff dough of poori. And let it rest for about 10-15 mins.
- Then roll it and make poori from it and deep fry them until golden brown.
- For aloo sabji:- Take a pan heat up some oil add cumin seeds then add besan and stir continuously so that no lumps form in a slow flame then add tomato paste, ginger and green chilli in mixture and add it with besan and let it cook until it leaves oil from the sides then add all spices and add some mashed potatoes and rest potatoes mix well add water and cook for few minutes
