- Now heat oil in a separate Pan add onions Saute for 1 minute then add other vegetables and sauté for 2 minutes
- Mix 1.5 cup of water in the cornflour and keep it aside
- Now add ketchup,chilli sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper schezwan sauce,and corn flour paste in the pan and stir well.
- Stir for 3 to 4 minutes and switch off the flame
- Place the sev in the center and spread the hot choupsey over it.
