- You need Potato
- Use 200 grams baby potato (clean and scrubbed)
- Take Sauce
- Provide 5 tbsp honey
- Use 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Prepare 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

- For frying the potatoes: -make a small hole in the middle of each potatoes. -heat oil in pan and fry the potatoes in medium low heat for 10-15minutes (do not burn) occasionally stir the potatoes. -check if its cooked by piercing a bamboo skewer right in the middle. Make sure all the potatoes are cooked evenly.
- The sauce: -mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and add into the potatoes. Stir it well. Cook for another 5minutes (until the sauce dries up)
- Let it cool down a bit. Take the bamboo skewers and pierce each one into the baby potatoes and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Serve hot or cold and enjoy ^^
