There’s hope. Kids need some extra encouragement and advice along with some of those strategies your kid is sure to eat healthy.
Make a gatekeeper.
It’s very likely the simplest way to get your children to eat healthy is to eliminate the less-healthy choices. Take control over what meals and snack choices are in your property. If a child is hungry they will eat it if there isn’t an alternative. Have you ever heard of a child starving to death as his parents wouldn’t feed him potato chips?
Keep healthy food in sight.
As for those less-than-good-for-you foods, keep them in high cabinets and out of your child’s reach. Arrange your fridge and cabinets so that healthy foods will be the primary foods which you see. If you choose to have some unhealthy options in the home keep them from sight and you and your kids are going to be much less likely to select them as a option.
Make healthy meals convenient.

Have a fruit basket in eye level about the counter in any way times or have a container with carrots and celery sticks ready to go from the fridge. You could not be aware of how many more fruits and vegetables your kid will eat simply by using them visible and easy to catch.
Make learning about food fun.
Taking some of the mystery from where foods come from can work wonders for some selective eaters. Teach household meals together, have your kid mix the ingredients and serve the meals to the rest of the family. Select a vegetable garden for a family endeavor and set your kid responsible for watering and picking the ripe vegetables. Kids who are involved are far more likely to be a willing participant during the eating procedure.

Parents often stress over how much their kids should be eating. Whether you are attempting to get a discerning eater to have a bite of anything green or limit the sum of dessert your sweet-toothed kid wants watching portions is necessary. Knowing the size of a healthy portion will provide you some needed perspective.
Set a healthy example.
