- You need 4 boiled potatoes

Instructions to make Ragda Patties:
- Wash and Soak peas overnight. Pressure cook in pressure cooker till 5 whistles. Let it cool. Let the pressure releases automatically.
- Wash and Chop onion, tomato, potato, green chilli and green coriander leaves.
- Boil tamarind in little water. Sieve the pulp.
- Mix all the chopped vegetables in boiled peas. Add salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala and garam masala. Mix well.
- For making patties: Mash boiled potatoes and add corn flour, bread crumbs and salt. Mix well and make a dough.
- Take a small portion of dough and make a ball and flatten it on your palm and give the shape of tikki. Likewise, make all the tikkis.
- Heat a non-stick griddle and put one tablespoon oil and fry tikki one by one till golden brown from both sides.
- Take a serving bowl and put cooked dry peas. Place a potato pattie over it. Add some more peas mixture. Squeeze half lemon. Add a tb spoon of green chutney and serve it garnished with onion and green chilli.
