  2. On low flame sauté the cooked mutton until water is absorbed. Add 1 Tbsp ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, Chaat masala. Add salt and stir well
  3. Add corn flour and mix very well, set aside for 30 mins
  4. In a pan heat oil and fry the mutton pieces until crispy.
  5. Garnish with lime wedges, onion rings, whole green chillies, coriander leaves and enjoy
