  1. In a vessel take besan.
  2. Add salt, haldi and red mirch powder
  3. Add approximate 3 cups of water and mix well with hand whipper. (Lumps should not be form)
  4. Now take a pan, add oil and heat it. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
  5. When crackles, add chopped onion and garlic paste and saute it. Add chopped fresh methi leaves and saute for sometimes.
  6. Add besan mixture and stir continuously. If required add more water.
  7. Stir occasionally and cook till get desire consistency. Junka is ready now
  8. For bhakhar:
  9. Knead stiff dough with wheat flour, coarse wheat flour, salt,oil and enough water
  10. Make balls from it and roll out slight thick bhakhar
  11. Cook both sides of bhakhar on clay tawa (if you have) at low flame.
  12. Then let it blow over flame. Apply ghee over it. Crispy bhakhar is ready.
