Instructions to make Zunka bhakri soft tacos:
  1. Heat a Kadai with water, oil and salt.
  2. When water starts boiling then add the rice flour and stir it continuously in low flame
  3. After sometime it becomes dry. Then switch off the flame and cover it for 20 minutes.
  4. Then dry roast the gram flour till the raw smell has gone and keep it aside.
  5. Heat a pan and put oil in it and then add the mustard seeds and when they crackle then add the cumin seeds.
  6. When all are crackled then add the chopped onion in it and when they become transluscent then add the chopped beans along with the green chilli in it.
  7. Cover it and cook it for 7-8 minutes in low flame and then add the roasted gram flour along with turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt in it.
  8. If it becomes dry then sprinkle some water over it, mix it and again cook it for 8-10 minutes in low flame. Add some chopped coriander leaves in it and mix it well.
  9. Then your beans zunka is ready.
  10. Then knead the dough for 5 minutes to make it soft.
  11. Make equal size small balls of the dough and then roll them to make small poori like shape.
  12. Cut it with the help of a cookie cutter.
  13. Heat a skillet and cook all the bhakris on both the sides and keep them aside.
  14. Then in each small bhakri put the zunka and fold it and then again put it on the hot skillet and add a little oil and cook on one side in low flame.
  15. When one side becomes little crispy and turn into light brown in colour then switch off the flame.
  16. Now your zunka bhakri soft tacos are ready.
  17. Garnish with some chopped onion, cucumber, tomato and coriander leaves over it.
