- ForBhakhri:- Mix both flour in a paraat. Add ghee for moin. Mix well. Now pre heat kaladi(mitti Tawa) on flame. Roll Bhakhri and roast without oil or ghee both sides on a kaladi. Lastly roast one side on flame. Bhakhri is ready.
