  3. Mix curd, ketchup, red chilli paste, black salt, chaat masala, tandoori masala, mint and coriander and mix well.
  4. Heat two tablespoons oil, when hot add mustard seeds, when they splutter, add ginger garlic paste. Add this to the marinade.
  5. Dip each dhokla in the marinade completely. Shallow fry, taking care not to break the dhoklas. Serve hot.
