The ingredients needed to cook Moonglet:
  1. Prepare soaked yellow moongdal
  2. You need ginger piece
  3. Use nos green chillies
  4. You need turmeric powder
  5. You need Salt
  6. You need small onion cut length wise
  7. Take small green capsicum cut length wise
  8. Get sliced paneer
  9. Get small tomato cut length wise
  10. Use cheese grated
  11. You need eno fruit salt
  12. Get pizza seasoning
  13. Use Salt
  14. You need black pepper powder
  15. Provide chilli flakes
  16. Use cheese slice
  17. Prepare Oil/butter for cooking
  18. Prepare coriander leaves
  19. Prepare chat masala
  20. Take Water as required
Instructions to make Moonglet:
  1. Wash the moong dal and soak it for 5 hours
  2. Drain the moong dal and grind it along with ginger and green chillies and 1 tbsp of water until smooth.
  3. The batter has to be thick, so don't add to much water.
  4. Add salt, turmeric powder and mix well. Beat this dal paste with the help of spatula until it becomes fluffy.
  5. Add water if required and mix well and until eno is combined well and the batter is fluffy.
  6. Take chooped vegetables, paneer add black pepper powder, chat masla and mix well.
  7. Heat oil in a non stick pan and add spoonfuls of the batter. Keep the pan on low heat and cook it.
  8. Arrange the toppings on dal paste.
  9. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves too and pizza seasoning. Gently press the topping into the moonglet with the back of a spatula.
  10. Cover and cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes or until one side is cooked.
  11. Gently flip the moonglet and spoon oil/butter on the sides.
  12. Now flip it again and add cheese slices and grated cheese. Start melting.
  13. Remove from heat sprinkle chat masala on it.
  14. Transfer into plate and serve with chutney of your choice
