  1. Now take mix Dal and wash it twice in water and soak it for 4 hr's. Now boil Dal in a pressure cooker by adding little Haldi powder and little bit of salt. Wait for 2 whistle, turn off the gas.
  2. Now chop Onion and tomato. Place a Kadhai on the gas. Switch on the flame. Pour 3 Tablespoons of oil add choti Elaichi (Cardamom), Zeera, green chillies, Cinnamon, onion, tomato, ginger garlic paste and fry it for 3 mins.
  3. Add Haldi powder, red chilli powder, curry powder, salt and again fry it for 2 mins. Now add Eggs to it and fry with the masalas for 5 mins now add the boil Dal and add water to it. Turn off the gas.
  4. When the boil comes then add Kasuri Methi and garam masala again Boil it for 2 mins. Then it's done serve it with Paratha…
