- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and add boiled eggs, potatoes, pinch salt and fry it for 3-4 minutes and keep it aside in a bowl.
- In the same pan heat 2 tbsp oil,add cloves, green cardamom, cloves, cumin seeds, cinnamon stick and cook for 15 sec.
- Add onion and chillies and cook till the onions becomes transparent.
- Add tomatoes and cook till it becomes smashed.Add Ginger paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder,pinch salt and mix well.Cook for 2 more minutes.
- Add the eggs and potatoes and mix well and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Add 2 cups water, kasuri methi, garam masala,1 tsp salt.Cover it and cook for 10 minutes in low heat.
- Serve hot
