- Add tomato pure mixwell and cook for another 3 to 4 min on slow to medium flame.
- Now add turmeric powder, kashmiri laal mirch powder, garam masala powder, kalimirch powder, coriander powder,kasture methi and salt to taste and mixwell and fry for a minute or two.
- Add few drops of water so that Masala should not be burn.
- Mix the spices well in gravy and cooked for 5 to 6 minutes until oil is separated from the corner.
- Now add one cup of water and stir.
- When it comes to boil slit the boiled eggs on the sides and put them in the curry.
- Allow the eggs to simmer in the gravy for another 5 to 6 min on slow heat.
- Check the thickness of the gravy how much thick u want keep the flame off and served hot and enjoy with roti, paratha or rice.
