  5. Ab kadhai garam karein usme haldi ko roast karein
  6. Jab haldi roast ho jaye tab usme roasted rahi, methi daale or besan ka mixture daal kar spoon se ghumate rahe jisse usme lumps na pade or pakode daale or dak kar 15-20 mints pakaye beech beech me chalati rahe ki kadhai me chapke nahi
  7. Dhaniya patti se garnish karein or garam garam serve karein 👍
