- You need 1 cup methi leaves
- You need 300 gms besan
- Use 2 Tbsp yoghurt
- Take 1/2 tsp coriander seeds

Instructions to make Methi Pakode:
- Soak the methi leaves for 10 mins before cooking. Chop fined.
- In a bowl add besan, methi leaves, yoghurt, coriander seeds, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, baking soda, salt and a little oil. Mix well and form pakodes.
- In a wok heat oil and deep fry each side 1-2 mins.
