- Open presser cooker, takeout boiled potatoes, peel off, cut in dice.Take a kadai, put on medium flame of gas, add 1 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp hing, jeera, green chillies, curry leaves, mix well. Now add cut potatoes, add salt, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 2 tsp red chilli powder, coriander powder, pav-bhaji masala, mix well. Lastly add lemon juice, mix again, turn off gas, potato sabzi is ready. Cover a lid, keep aside.
- Turn on gas, keep a tawa on medium flame, make small balls from thepla dough. Take 1 ball, with the help of rolling pin and round board, make a round thepla, put on tawa, roast it perfectly on both sides by applying oil, till it turns golden brown. Same like prepare all theplas.
