- Knead a soft dough using maida, 1/2tsp salt, ajjwain,oil and water.keep it aside for 15mins.
- In a pan,heat oil.add rai and sabut sukha dhaniya.let it splutter.
- Add mashed boiled potato and cook for 4 mins.
- Next add besan and roast till you get nice aroma.
- Then add chopped onions,garlic,green chillies,lemon juice and all spices.

- Lastly add water and saute nicely.
- Let it cool totally.Make small ball of laddoo size and put it aside.
