- Heat 1cup ghee /oil add cumin,onions and fry till translucent on until it turns golden brown in colour. - Then, add the blended mixture in it and stir well. - Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on low heat. - Add turmeric and stir well. - Now, add red chilli, coriander powder, and mix it well. - Add 1/2 cup hot water and stir well.
- Add green peas, potatoes and mix it well. - Then, add 2 cups hot water add salt and mix it again. - Bring it to a boil. - Cover it with lid and cook for about 15 minutes on low heat. - Open the lid and give it a nice stir. - Now, check the potatoes are cooked or not. - Add 1 teaspoon garam masala and mix it well. - Garnish with coriander - Serve hot with roti.
