Keep healthy meals in sight.
As for those less-than-good-for-you foods, maintain them in high cabinets and from your kid’s reach. Arrange your refrigerator and cabinets so that healthy foods will be the first foods you see. You could not be aware of how a lot more fruits and vegetables your child will eat simply by having them visible and easy to catch.
Make learning about meals fun.
Taking some of the mystery out of where foods come from may work wonders for some selective eaters. Prepare family foods together, have your kid mix the ingredients and serve the food to the remainder of the family. Plant a vegetable garden for a family endeavor and set your kid in charge of watering and picking the ripe vegetables. Children that are involved are more likely to be a willing participant during the eating procedure.
