- Knead the dough & roll out like a log. Cut into equal lemon size ball portions. Roll out a small disc on a flat surface. Add a spoonful of prepared tuvar mixture. Bring all the edges together & seal like a potli. Repeat same process for remaining dough & mixture.
- Heat oil in a kadhai & deep fry on medium heat until golden & crisp.
