  3. Then add salt, sugar, cashew, kishmis and garam masala to mixer and saute it well. Then add lemon juice. If you want you can add green lahsun. Cool the mixer.
  4. Mix maida & wheat flour, salt, oil ajwain to form a dough. It should not be so hard. Semi soft dough. Keep aside for 10 min.
  5. Make small balls of tuver mixure and dough. Then roll small dough and place tuver mixure ball in middle. Cover it from all sides.
  6. Then deep fry all kachories in oil. Serve with green chutney, sauce or tamarind chutney.
