  1. In a kadai add 1cup water,1/2sp salt,2sp oil and let it boil and turn off flame.
  2. Then add rava and mix it well and keep covered for 10min.
  3. Now grate the potato es and mix with rava,corn flour to form a dough like.
  4. Heat oil and keep medium heat fill the sev maker with rava potato dough and press sev directly in oil and fry till crisp golden.
  5. Now in remaining oil fry peanuts,almonds,resins,curry leaves and add salt sugar and chat masala and fried sev mix altogether well. Crispy sev namkeen is ready to munch.
