  3. Now fry cottage cheese until golden on medium low flame.. now keep it on kitchen towel to soak the extra oil.
  4. Now heat oil in a pot and add cumin seeds in it, now add chopped ginger garlic and sauté it till golden..
  5. Now add spinach and green chilli paste along with salt and water for gravy if needed.
  6. When it'll start boiling add cottage cheese and stir with light hands.
  7. Now add lemon juice and cook for 5 mins on low flame.
  8. Now turn of the stove & add fresh Cream on it and mix well.
