- Use For Yakhni
- Prepare 4 beefpaye
- Prepare 1/2 kg bong
- Provide 2 small bay leaves(tez pat)
- Provide 2 sticks cinnamon (darchini)

- Take 1 small piece of mace(mace)
- Prepare 3/4 cloves (loung)

- Prepare 6/7 garlic
- You need For Bong Gravy
- Take 300 g yoghurt
- You need 1 cup oil
- Use 1 &1/2 cup brown onion
- Take 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- Prepare 1 tbsp all spice (garam masala) powder
- Provide Green chillies,coriander leaves,sliced ginger and brown onion
Steps to make Beef Bong Paye:
- First grind all spices of yakhni
- Now put onion, galic clove, grind spices, salt and paye in a big degcha
- Add 3ltr water in it and cover with lid and cook it on slow flame over night or 6/7 hours
- After7 hours put oil and ginger, garlic paste in pressure cooker fry it until it change in brown colour
- Now grind brown onion and add it in cooker
- Now add spices in it and fry it well
- Now put bong in masala and fry well
- Now put 2 glass water in it and cover with lid cook 40 minutes after pressure cooker's bell start
- After 40/45 minutes check that bong tender or not
- If bong tender well now mix it un yakhni
- And cook it again 20/25 minutes on medium flame
- After 20/25 minutes serve it with green chilies,chopped coriander leaves,sliced ginger and brown onion
