- Prepare 200 grms Mutton
- Take 10 String hoppers (idiyapam)
- You need as needed Oil
- Use 1 Onion
- You need 2 Tomato
- Get 1 Green chilli
- Prepare 2 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
- Provide Pudina hand full
- Take Coriander hand full
- Use 1 spring Curry leaves
- Provide 1 tbsp Red chilli powder

- Get 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- Use 1 tbsp Coriander powder

- Get 1/2 cup Coconut milk
Instructions to make Mutton string hopper biriyani:
- Pressure cook mutton for 25 min along with ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder coriander powder and salt
- Sprinkle coconut milk in idiyapam mixture and let it marinate for half hour
- Take a kadai add oil, onion, ginger garlic paste and green chilli saute for few minutes
- Add tomato, coriander leaves, pudina leaves and biriyani masala and let it cook until oil separates from gravy.
- Add garam masala and the cooked mutton mixture. Pour water and let it stand for 10 min in sim
- Once it becomes semi gravy add the string hopper and mix it.
- Note: you can add spices according to your taste.
