  1. Prepare 2 lbs boneless skinless chik breast
  2. Take 3 (16 oz) cans Bushs white chicken chili beans
  3. Take 1 (8 oz) can Rotell diced tomatoes&chilis
  4. Take 1 (32 oz) box chicken broth
  5. Provide 2 pouches McCormick white chicken chili seasoning
  6. Provide 2 (8 oz) cans cream of chickenn soup
  7. Provide 1 (8 oz) can chedder cheese (for cooking)
Instructions to make White Chicken Chili:
  1. Dice chicken into approx 1/4 inch cubes
  2. Pan sear chicken using cooking oil of choice & 1 packet McCormick seasoning
  3. Using non-stick spray, coat inside of crockpot.
  4. Combine ALL remaining ingredients into crockpot & start on LOW cook temp.
  5. Once chicken is done, add into crock pot.
  6. Cook on LOW for 6 hours (HIGH for 3 hours)
  7. OPTIONAL : top with sour cream & shredded cheddar
