- Use 3 big size boiled potatoes
- Prepare 3 tomatoes
- Get 2 capsicum

- Get 1 cup green peas

Steps to make Pav bhaji:
- Boiled all veggies (potato, califlower, 1 capsicum, peas,tomato,onion)
- Then mash the veggie with the help of masher
- Now heat a pan add oil and 1 tbs butter then add chopped capsicum, ginger and garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes
- Then add all masala cook for a minute, now add all boiled veggie and mix it well, mash again with the masher add water if require
- Cook for 7-8 min
- Lastly add lemon juice and butter
- Serve with rosted pav, onion, lemon slice
