- Soak and boil rice. Cook 80%add salt oil and lemon juice. Boil chopped potato cauliflower and green peas. chopped capsicum.
- Heat 2tbsp butter and oil add crushed garlic and finely chopped chilli saute. Now add onion slices and finely chopped capsicum. till onion looks transparant. Add finely chopped tomatoes saute 3-4min. Till tomatoes should be soft.
- Now mash boil vegetables and add in onion mixture. Add turmeric powder red chilli powder salt pavbhaji masala mix well Now add boiled rice mix well. lastly add coriander and lemon juice mix properly and serve hot.
