The ingredients needed to prepare Qulfi:
- Prepare whole milk
- Provide sugar
- Get condensed milk
- Get evaporated milk
- Take cardamon powder
- Prepare kewra water
- Provide khoya (milk solids)
- Prepare cornflour or dry milk powder
- Use pista badam chopped
Steps to make Qulfi:
- Cook milk till it reduces to 1/2on slow flame.
- Add evaporated and condensed milk, cardamon powder and cook.
- Add sugar and khoya and keep cooking add cornflour dissolved in little milk and mix well and cook till it gets thick
- Turn flame off
- Add kewra and pista badam
- Take a container and pour this mixture when cool come and cover with butter paper than with lid.
- Keep in freezer over night.
- Take out and you mould on a serving plate
- Garnish with pista badam.
- Very delicious qulfi is ready.
