- In pan take oil. As per papad roll ingredients list give tadka with spices then toss the veg and dry fruit powder. Cook for 5-7 min - Cut the papad into half.. wet it little with water to make soft.
- Add stuffing in between roll it with the help of cornflour mixture. - Fry this roll into oil.
- For Gravy - - Heat the oil in pan. Give the tadka with Cumin and fennel seed. - Add ginger garlic paste heat for 1 min add onion paste heat it till brown.
- Now add tomato puree. Once cooked add remaining spices. Again cook it with adding little water. Then add cream
- Now add papad roll in gravy. Heat for min. Garnish it with paneer and coterie der. If u like crunchy roll then keep some side, in pic I put it on above gravy.
