- Heat some oil in a pan and add small pieces of tomato and saute it for a while. Add the soaked cashew and raisins into it
- Add mashed paneer into it and all the masala powders along with salt and sugar
- Add sattu into and mix well. Remove into a plate and let it cool
- Meanwhile prepare the green and sweet chutney by grinding the ingredients mentioned in a grinder
- After the mix of step 3 cools add Cornflour and coriander leaves and mix well. Once the mix comes to room temperature, keep it in the fridge
- Remove the mix from fridge in 30 mins and make small kebab rolls or Pattie shapes based on your choice
- Heat a pan with some oil and fry the kebabs till they are brown on both sides. Remove and serve with the chutneys.
