  1. Take a bowl add all purpose flour add salt & oil make a dough with lukewarm water. Rest for 30 minutes cover with wet cloth.
  2. Take a kadhai add 1 Tbs oil, it becomes hot add Cumin seed after crackle add peanut and roast 1 mint. Then add sliced onion & ginger garlic crushed saute it add green chilli add capsicum slices saute, then add meshed potatoes.
  3. Add turmeric powder,coriander powder jeera powder, chaat masala and salt mix it roasted 2,3 minutes. Add bread crumbs. add garam masala mix well.
  4. For Outer layer take a part of dough make rectangle shape roti add filling.make a envelop shap. dip into thin all purpose flour liquid. Add coat with roasted Oats.
  5. On medium hot tawa make paratha add 1 tbs oil both side. On low flame cooh 1,2 minutes. Serve hot with Raita & prickle.
