  6. Apply oil in hand knead the dough. Make equal sized balls. Roll it in the size of puri.
  7. Place the stuffing on it. Seal the puri. Get extra dough cut. And make nice stuffed sealed dough ball. In same way get all stuffed balls ready.
  8. Apply oil stick the Onion seeds and rosemary on it. Take one ball on flat surface roll the kulcha with soft hand.

  10. Roast it from both the sides. Crunchy crispy kulcha is ready.
