  5. Take a small kadhai.Heat oil and add cumin seeds to it.when both get cooked then pour it in the soaked vadas.
  6. Now add the grinded mustard seeds in the soaked vadas.Cover it and leave it overnight.
  7. Your kanji vada would be ready the next day.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it.
