- Half cook the veggies separately.. or in cooker for 1 whistle.
- In a pan heat oil, add mustard seeds, dry chilli,sambar onions,curry leaves and saute.
- Add sambar powder and tamarind pulp allow to boil. Then add the cooked dhal and rice.Mix well followed by veggies. Check salt
- Add ghee and mix. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with pappad and pickle.
