The ingredients needed to make Double Layared Paneer Cake:
- Use 2 ltr milk
- Use Juice of 2 lemon
- Prepare 4 tbsp sugar
- Prepare 100 ml condensed milk
- You need 1 tsp elaichi powder
- Take 1 tsp rose syrup
- Prepare Few drops pink food colour
- Get 1/2 cup Milk or as required
- Provide 1 tsp clarified butter

- Boil milk then squeeze lemon juice & curdle the milk
- After curdling milk drain all excess water & squeeze the panner in a muslin cloth & hang for 2/3 hour by this step all extra water from paneer will remove
- Take paneer put it in a mixi, add condensed milk, sugar, cardamom powder, and milk. and make a smooth batter
- Take a deep pan, add 2 glass of water, put a rack in it so you can put your baking tin on it.
- Grease the baking tin with clarified butter then pour half of paneer batter on it
- Now put that tin on your prepared steamed pan cover with lid & steam for 10 mins
- Meanwhile add some food colour in leftover batter, and after that 10minute, pour this batter on to that steamed tin, and make a colored layer
- Now steam it again for another 30mins, you can check it as it is properly steamed or not with a tooth pick, if it staked out clearly then your paneer cake is ready
- Leave it for some time after cooling then flip the paneer cake on a plate
- Now put the cake in freeze & serve it cool
