- Prepare 2 large Potatos
- Provide 1 lb Saurkraut
- Prepare 24 oz Barbeque Sauce
- You need 2 oz Apple Cider Vinegar

- I marinated the ribs overnight in the vinegar.
- Chopped the onion and placed on bottom of crock pot.
