- On the other side, take a bowl and add besan, salt, black pepper, chilli to it. Add water to it, little bit at a time so while mixing lumps won't form in besan. - Heat the tawa and grease it with oil/ghee. put the small portion of the mixture on it and spread it using a spoon in the shape of a chilla.
- Cook the chilla a couple minutes from each side. Turn it using a spatula add oil if it's sticking to the tawa. And your yummy potato chilla is ready. You can also add veggies of your choice to the batter to make it more healthier and fulfilling.
