Add half cup water, dhaiya powder 4 tsp, haldi 2 tsp, garam masala 2 tsp, jaifil 1/4 tsp, biryani ka phool 2, peprika powder 1 tbs, lal mirch powder 2 tbs, Salt 3-4 tsp as per taste. - Ab hara dhaniya podina tamatar aur piyaz add kar k 2 min cook karen then fry ki hoi chicken and alu add karen. addc1/2 kg dahi. Cook until oil become seperate.
  4. Ab rice ko 3/4 paka len.aur uski teh laga len. upar se zarday ka rang aur lemon tomato piece bicha k dam pe rakh den 15-20 min.
