  3. Transfer to the blender. - also add in green chilli, ginger and salt to taste.

  5. Transfer the chutney to a serving bowl.
  6. For tempering :-heat 1 tsp oil in a small pan. Once the oil is hot, add the mustard seeds and let them crackle. - Now add hing and red chilli powder. Stir and turn off heat.
  7. Pour tadka over chutney and serve peanut chutney with chila and dosa.
