- Use 4 medium tomatoes

- Chop the onions and tomatoes vertically and paneer in cubes…then heat oil in a kadhai and fry them…first put the onions when it changes it's colour put the tomatoes…fry them till it becomes soft and mushy then switch off the flame and let it cool…then blend it in a paste…
- Then again heat oil in a kadhai and add the cumin seeds, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, all the masalas and besan and cook for some time when it becomes aromat add the paste and cook till it leaves oil and becomes thick…
- When it becomes thick add water and adjust consistency…and add the peas and let it cook for 10 mins then add the paneer and let it simmer for 10 mins…
- Then add the chopped coriander leaves and crush the kasuri methi and then add it…and mix well
- Tasty and spicy matar paneer is ready…
