- Take 3 4 medium sized boiled potatoes
- You need 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Prepare 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- Prepare 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

Instructions to make Batata Vada or Aloo Vada:
- For stuffing.. mash bpil potatoes and keep aside.
- Take one kadai, add oil. Allow it to heat. Add mustard seeds and let it splutter.
- Add ginger garlic paste. Saute for one min. Add boil potatoes, haldi, salt, curry leaves and mix well.
- Add coriander leaves and switch off the gas. Let it cool.
- By the time lets make the batter. Take besan and add ajwain, red chilli powder salt and mix well with water as required. Keep aside for 5 mins.
- Make small balls of aloo.
- Now keep oil for frying. Add soda in batter
- Mix well and dip aloo into the batter and fry. Likewise do for others.
- Fry till golden.. ur vadas r ready to be served with green chutney..
